I don't know how the age group goes, I would like to do 14 to 17. I don't want to have to change age groups every year. I have a kid that's 14, 6"2 that i want to develop but also coach through his years. Can someone tell me the beginning stages of this process so I can have a team started this year. I want to be able to do national travelling next year, since it is so late in the game now.
